This episode of the podcast features guests Jameela Hollingsworth from The HR Boss (Barbados), Carey-Lee Dixon from For Women to Women (Jamaica) and Mikelah Rose from Style & Vibes (NYC).

The initial discussion centered around an article which questioned whether North American Millennials were better than Caribbean Millennials, even though the Caribbean produced 2 of the biggest names in music and sports - Rihanna and Usain Bolt. Then the conversation focused on the challenges of Millennials living in the Caribbean Region and what can be done to foster growth to compete in the Global Economy.
